Sun kissed looks, summer dresses, pops of colors, family vacations, beach trips! Summer is in full swing right now. Honestly I love summer compared to winters as it is all gloomy and all you want to do is cuddle up in warm blankets and eat hot snacks. Summer is the time we all go out and have fun with family and friends. It's all shiny, dewy,glossy and I can't get enough of the summer mornings. (yes note that I said only mornings and not the afternoons... if you live anywhere in India, Kid you not summer's are hotter than ever these days).

It is really important to take care of your skin in the summer because of the sweat, pollution and tan. First is definitely a good Sunscreen. I am a big fan of Olay products for my skin care regimen. They are always a go to when its about skincare. I use the Olay Natural White 7 In 1 Glowing Fairness Day Skin Cream which has SPF 24 in it. It is always important to find sunscreens that are not sticky and thick on your skin and of course with a greater SPF range.

| The Olay Day Cream |
This Olay day cream is very nice, has a very mild fragrance (not even that much noticeable). It gives you a nice glowy finish once you apply it. I am not a fan of the fact that it says fairness on the packaging, I don't believe in that anyways and find it discriminating. (It's high time companies stopped using the word fair..).

Anyways, Coming back to the day cream itself, it has a slightly thick consistency when compared to the night cream (from Olay, which is definitely one of the best products for your skin to moisturize and rejuvenate it <3) but definitely does not give a cakey appearance on the skin. It gives a more subtle, highlighted finish to the face. It is definitely moisturizing (believe me this is a saviour for me when I use some harsh face washes and realize it was probably a big mistake. hahaaa). It is on a little bit pricier side (Rs. 340/- for 50gm) when compared to other available sunscreens in the market like the Lotus one (which is highly talked about and I might give it a try, watch out for reviews on that), Clean and clear moisturizer (I have tried this and this is a very light moisturizer at a affordable price.. but this does not give the finish and glow that the olay one gives), but it is definitely worth the price and it lasts for a month and a half generally. I have a combination skin and it is one product that I have been using for a long time now and it has really been helping me in not having any breakouts.
