I am always in a search for a pretty pinkish nude lip gloss which looks absolutely professional. So, I came across the Loreal shine Caresse Lip Color in Venus which is almost (there are reasons behind this almost) what I had been searching for this long.
First off, the packaging of the product is so cute, a glossy gold finish pot. This range of lip glosses come in different shades ranging from deep reds - pinks - berry. There is a 50% off going on for these products in most websites. If you think you would love these, this is the perfect time to grab on to these. It is truly moisturizing and you actually don't feel it clumping up or caking your lips with products. It feels so hydrating when you apply the product.
There is not much of a fragrance to it. So, if you are a person who gets annoyed with fruity fragrances all over your face, this would win you over. The consistency is sticky as most of the lip glosses are. It stays on for 3-4 hours without smudging with a few bites and drinks. The color is pretty pink nude. One thing that we have to take into consideration is the pigmentation. The pigmentation is pretty sheer so if it would work good only with a nude lipstick in the bottom. This might be a problem for pigmented lips. But I pair it with salmon state lipstick from Lakme (Rs.350/-, but can get it for cheaper with some discounts). It is a perfect match for this lip gloss. What I don't like about it? Availability may be a problem as this is a fast selling color. The pigmentation could have been less sheer, so it could just be used as a everyday pink nude just lip gloss look.
